The Golden State Competition Series dance competition is held alongside the Pipes & Pubs event at Idol Beer Works in Lodi, California - about an hour south of Sacramento International Airport. This outdoor, half-day competition features Primary through Premier dancers and is complemented by solo piping, drumming, and pipe band contests, creating a lively and uniquely Scottish atmosphere.

The Highland dance competition at the Nor Cal Celtic Festival continues to grow and will move to the Yolo County Fairgrounds in Woodland on April 11–12. Located just 10 minutes west of Sacramento International Airport, the expanded venue will host Championship, Premiership, and Pre-Premier competitions in a vibrant festival setting.

The Carolinas Open Championship and Highland Dance Competition hosted by the Loch Norman Highland Games at Rural Hill in Huntersville, NC.
This is a long-standing competition held over two days in April.
The Carolinas Open Championship will be held on Saturday April 18th, followed by prepremier highland. Nationals and Choreography will be held on Sunday April 19th.
